If you want to bliz this, then change "Gate to Patrol Area" to "Gate to Acid Area", you can also (I think) remove all the "ClearPocket" actions.

Do we just drop these in our missions folder as normal or do we have to do something for questor to see them?

Storylines only work with the github-version of Questor where storyline automation has been added. If you are using the github version then its indeed just a matter of putting them into the mission folders (like all other missions).
