If you leave out the damage type, then this mission should work for all agents.

Does this work for everyone?

My guy took the small containers back to his agent, not the storyline agent and was in a loop for 3 or 4 hrs.

I am just going to look at the code now.

My guy has completed this mission no problem, although I didn't watch it do it, but it didn't loop as like the problem you are was having.

My Bad

I just watched it complete flawlessly, I had just updated source code, However I do not think that was the cause. It must of been one of those things.

There was a bug in the storyline code which made it not bring ammo if it was the 2nd storyline vs the same agent.

That is fixed now.
